Services according to VOB/A for KG 410: water, sewage, gas systems, compressed air, KG 420: heat/cold, KG 430: ventilation, all incl. insulation

At the Lise-Meitner-Straße 24 site in Ulm, the ZSW will be expanded to include a building/building complex HyFAB2 (new research factory assembly hall for fuel cell technology).

The building ensemble at this location is made up of several individual modules, which are defined in their area according to the development and the functional or specialist areas defined there. The primary goal of the new building hyFAB2 is to meet the ZSW's requirements for flexibility, communication and future development with an innovative and sustainable building for fuel cell technology.

In addition to the existing buildings, a further building complex is planned to be expanded in several stages.

The second expansion stage (HyFab2) includes a multifunctional hall for sample systems for the industrial production of fuel cells. Seminar, office and social rooms as well as the necessary technical rooms are located in the other part of the building.

The content of the VOB/A call for tenders is the basic equipment of the KG 410, KG 420 and KG 430, which is reduced to the most necessary.

In detail, the following are required:

• Connection to drinking water house connection in BA1 (hyFAB1)

• drinking water distribution for sanitary items

• sewage connections for sanitary items

• Roof drainage as a vacuum system in office and hall components

• Connection to district heating and district cooling station in 1st BA (HyFab1)

• Heating network with prefabricated radiator and ventilation connection

• Cooling network with decentralized recirculation cooler and ventilation system connection

• 2 decentralized supply and exhaust air devices as flat units for installation in the suspended ceiling in the EC with filter, heater, cooler, heat exchanger,

• Round and square ventilation ducts, galvanised

• Air outlets for conference and social area
