The historic, 3-storey building of the Julius Leber School, which consists of a gymnasium and the main building, is to be extensively renovated.
The complete construction work essentially comprises the following service areas:
Storage rooms are created in the attic and the roof covering is renewed. Inside, front windows are built in front of the historical windows, an elevator is built in front of the facade, pollutant renovations, acoustic measures, accident prevention measures and renovation of worn components are to be carried out (e.g. floor coverings, wall and ceiling cladding). In addition, the building services systems are renewed.
In the gym, the sports floor must be replaced, equipment room gates and equipment must be worked on. The teaching kitchen, the workshop and the bio room on the 2nd floor will be completely renewed and equipped.
