As part of the new construction project of the tax office in Detmold, the Bielefeld branch of the Construction and Property Management of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia is inviting tenders for project management services in a negotiated procedure with a competitive bidding process.

The advertised service profile contains the service descriptions of AHO Issue 9 (2020).

In addition to the planning officers, the project environment also includes a BNB coordinator and the BIM manager.

The project manager has to accompany the BIM planning process and check the service provision of the BIM manager.

The measure is to be managed taking into account the achievement of a BNB Silver certification.

The service for project management is divided into performance levels according to AHO Booklet 9.

Performance levels 1 to 5 are advertised for areas A to E.
