The purpose of this Standing Offer is to troubleshoot the HVAC equipment on SPW's buildings.
The description of the tasks is included in Title IV - Technical requirements - of this specification.
This contract is a service contract divided into 3 lots that can be awarded separately:
- Lot 1: Province of Namur,
- lot 2: provinces of Liège and Luxembourg,
- lot 3: Brussels-Capital region, provinces of Brabant Wallon and Hainaut.
The tenderer may submit an offer for one or more lots.
