The subject of the contract is the development and implementation of an electronic student file (hereinafter ETS) for the needs of the Ignatianum Academy in Krakow along with warranty service services under the Project: "Integrated University Development Program" co-financed by the European Social Fund under the Operational Program Knowledge Education Development by updating IT systems and adapting the existing IT infrastructure. The subject of the contract includes: • delivery of a license for the necessary software of the system supporting the student's electronic folder; • delivery of licenses for the necessary system software; • adaptation of IT infrastructure (pre-implementation analyses of improvement and implementation of the above-mentioned systems; implementation works, training, warranty service and maintenance services); • integration of IT systems along with automation of data exchange; • implementation of the IT system • training of staff and IT administration in the scope of the implemented product

The subject of the contract includes: • delivery of a license for the necessary software of the system supporting the student's electronic folder; • delivery of licenses for the necessary system software; • adaptation of IT infrastructure (pre-implementation analyses of improvement and implementation of the above-mentioned systems; implementation works, training, warranty service and maintenance services); • integration of IT systems along with automation of data exchange; • implementation of an IT system • training of staff and IT administration in the scope of the implemented product In addition, the Contractor will be obliged to: 1) provide a free written guarantee for the implemented IT systems for a period of at least 24 months (counted from the moment of trouble-free acceptance of the subject of the contract – understood as a positive acceptance confirming the completion of the implementation of the deadline for the implementation of the Agreement. 1) ensuring the possibility of providing paid services maintenance for the implemented ETS after the expiry of the warranty period for the implemented IT systems, if the Ordering Party requires such services.
