The Client commissions the Contractor to carry out cleaning services (maintenance, basement, special, glass and basic cleaning) in the portfolio of degewo in the city of Berlin in the following lot:

Lot 1 KC South - West (Marienfelde, Mariengrün)

The areas and facilities mentioned in the property lists must be looked after by regular cleaning and maintenance work and kept in a functional, clean, tidy and safe condition. A neat appearance of the surfaces and objects must be guaranteed at all times. The Contractor owes the Client a defined quality of results. The Contractor's remuneration is linked to the degree of quality of the results achieved.
