The Norwegian Coastal Administration needs to have a framework agreement on laboratory services, sampling equipment for oil, and guidance/consultancy services in relation to events and projects connected with severe pollution. In addition, there may be a need for education on severe pollution, training in laboratory tests and assistance with tests. There may also be a need for participation in activities such as academic forums and exercises.
