1. The subject of this order is the delivery to the Clinic of Orthopaedics, Orthopaedics and Pediatric Traumatology CMKP located in Otwock of surgical materials and instruments constituting the equipment of the microsurgery laboratory.

2. The contract is divided into 3 lots:

part no. 1 – delivery of microsurgical tools for microsurgical anastomoses

part no. 2 – supply of tools for tissue preparation

part no. 3 – delivery of microsurgical threads

3. The Contracting Authority shall require a guarantee on the subject of the contract to be offered under conditions in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract.

4. The Contractor is obliged to perform the contract on the terms and conditions described in the draft contract.

The subject of this contract is the delivery to the Clinic of Orthopaedics, Orthopaedics and Pediatric Traumatology CMKP located in Otwock of surgical materials and instruments constituting equipment of the microsurgery laboratory, for didactic purposes for doctors during specialization in orthopedics and traumatology of the musculoskeletal system, as part of the project entitled: "Development of specialization education of doctors in areas important from the point of view of the epidemiological and demographic needs of the country" co-financed by the European Union, from the European Social Fund under the Operational Programme Knowledge Education Development.

2. Part No. 1 – supply of microsurgical tools for microsurgical anastomoses

/ specialized microsurgical tools enabling the student to perform microsurgical anastomoses - these tools are specially designed to be able to perform certain, stable and at the same time delicate movements, they are made of special metal alloys to be durable despite their small size, in addition to tools for conducting stitches through a blood vessel, special tools are necessary to carry out training that brings the ends of the vessel closer – approximators, tools for temporary closing of the vessel – clamps, tools for making a hole in the wall of the vessel – arteriotomies and tools for the final closing of the vessel light – clips and clippers/.

4. The Contracting Authority shall require the provision of a guarantee for the offered subject of the contract on terms consistent with those specified in the description of the subject of the contract and in the draft contract.
