1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new truck of the "Micro" type garbage truck, designed for the disposal of municipal waste with a rear charging device, on a two-axle chassis, with a capacity of a cargo box min. 7 m3 max 8 m3, with a compacting function, adapted to empty containers with a capacity of 60 l to 1100 l, with a permissible total weight of up to 9 t., in the amount of 1 pc.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Chapter III point 2 of the Specifications of the Terms of The Contract.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new truck of the "Micro" type garbage truck, designed for the disposal of municipal waste with a rear charging device, on a two-axle chassis, with a capacity of a cargo box min. 7 m3 max 8 m3, with a compacting function, adapted to empty containers with a capacity of 60 l to 1100 l, with a permissible total weight of up to 9 t., in the amount of 1 pc.

2. Detailed technical parameters and functional features of the vehicle being the subject of the contract are contained in Chapter III point 2 of the Specification of the Terms of The Contract. The Contractor, confirming the fulfillment of the required technical parameters of the vehicle, will fill in and attach to the offer the "List of technical parameters of the brand new truck offered by the Contractor of the "Micro" garbage truck type constituting Appendix No. 2 to the SWZ (subject document).

3. Additional terms of the order:

1) The Contractor should agree to the Ordering Party's installation of the Xtrack system or equivalent for monitoring the operation of the vehicle.

2) The Contractor is obliged to provide a guarantee for a complete vehicle (chassis – full warranty for the drive system and engine and for the bodywork) being the subject of this contract for a period of 24 months without a limit of kilometers from the date of signing the faultless vehicle acceptance protocol.

3) The Contractor is obliged to provide service inspections (for the chassis and for the bodywork) during the vehicle warranty period, i.e. for a period of 24 months.

4) The Contractor is obliged to provide authorized warranty service and warranty inspections for the brand of the delivered chassis and bodywork, located in the Polish, which will take place in:

- at the Ordering Party's headquarters, 4 Komunalna Street in Włocławek, in the case of a service located at a distance of more than 100 km (for chassis or for bodywork) from the Ordering Party's headquarters, within 48 hours of the Ordering Party's notification (the response time should be assumed to be the arrival of the service to the vehicle),

- in the Contractor's website, in the case of a service located at a distance of up to 100 km (on the chassis or on the bodywork) from the Ordering Party's headquarters, within 48 hours of the Ordering Party's notification. The Ordering Party will deliver the vehicle to the Contractor's service.

Applications will be made in writing, e-mail, fax or telephone, after prior arrangement with the Contractor. A telephone notification requires immediate confirmation in one of the other forms of communication.

5) Post-warranty service of the chassis and bodywork should be located in the Polish.

6) Vehicle complete after bodywork meeting CE standards.

7) The Contractor shall, at its own expense, deliver the vehicle being the subject of the contract to the Ordering Party's registered office – located at 4 Komunalna Street in Włocławek.
