The subject of the contract are forest management services as defined in art. 6 clause 1 point 1 of the Act of 28.9.1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2018, item 2129 as amended - hereinafter: "the Act on forests") covering works in the field of breeding and forest protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, and nursery works to be carried out in the Krzeszowice Forest District in 2020.
