The object of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the territory of the Town Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki collected by the owners of the property where the inhabitants reside and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in a manner that provides achieving adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the law.

1. The object of the contract is the performance of a service consisting in the collection and development of municipal waste from the territory of the City of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki collected by the owners of the property where the inhabitants reside and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste in the manner of ensuring that adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods and reducing the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (OJ of 2021, item 888, as amended), the laws of 19 July 2019amending the law on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities and certain other laws (OJ of 2019 item 1579 as amended), records of the applicable Provincial Waste Management Plan for the Voivodeship mazowiecki, Ordinance of the Minister of the Environment of 11 January 2013 on specific requirements for the collection of municipal waste from property owners (OJ 2013, item 122), Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 29 December 2016 on the detailed method of selective collection of selected waste fractions (OJ 2021, item 906) and local law.

2. It is specified that every collected amount of municipal mixed waste and waste collected selectively (paper, plastics, glass, metal, bio-green) will be received from the property owner resulting from a declaration of municipal waste management fees folded by the owner of the property, with the exception of repair and construction and demolition waste from the renovations carried out independently. The Contractor is also required to collect any amount of municipal waste from the PSZOK.

3. The contractor or subcontractor is obliged to employ on the basis of an employment contract, during the entire period of service, persons carrying out the waste collection directly from the occupants (the crew of cars for the collection of waste).

4. The detailed scope of performance of the service is described by:

1) Annex 1 to SWZ — Description of the object of the order;

2. Annex 9 to SWZ — timetable for receipt of solid impurities;

3) Annex 10 to SWZ — Location of the collection points of expired medicines and used batteries and small sized batteries, from which waste collection will take place;

4. Annex 11 — List of inhabited and mixed properties from which municipal waste will be collected;

5) Annex No. 12 — List of roads of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki;

6) Annex No. 13 — Map of the city of Nowy Dwór Mazowiecki.
