This consultation is carried out according to the tender procedure opened in accordance with Articles L. 2124-1, L. 2124-2 and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Public Order Code. It includes services paid to the flat rate for cleaning the premises and/or the cleaning of windows of 22 sites throughout the city, depending on the frequencies described in the consultation documents. The contract is also the subject of a single award framework agreement, without minimum or maximum, made pursuant to Article R. 2162-2 paragraph 2 and Article R. 2162-4 3º of the Public Order Code. This framework agreement lays down all contractual provisions. It is executed as the purchase orders are issued, in accordance with Article R. 2162-13 of the Public Order Code. The contract shall be concluded for a period of one year from the date of notification, tacitly renewed three times for the same period.
