The agreement consists of roles, activities and drawings.

1. Roles:

a. Project leader;

b. Omgevingsmanager;

c. Supervisor;

d. Directievoerder;

e. Surveyor.

2. Documents required for the physical realization of projects:

a. Develop SO to VO and DO;

b. Develop DO into a size plan;

c. Elaboration of the construction drawing;

d. Elaboration of specifications;

e. Drawing up cost estimates in various project phases, including management cost estimates;

f. Preparation of tender documents.
