In order to reduce its dependence on the electricity supply network and to ensure the production of electricity for its own needs, the contracting entity plans to install organic Renkin cycle (hereinafter - ORC) devices at the Petrašiūnai power plant, which would use the thermal energy of the existing biomass water heating boilers.

Details are given in the technical specification. With the ORC device, the supplier will be obliged to provide a set of spare/ wearable parts, the quantities of which must be assessed according to the service schedule provided with the proposal, for at least 40,000 working hours for the operational period.
