The services are broken down as follows into five lots.

The form retained for the execution of the contract is purchase orders with minimum and / or maximum single beneficiary in application of articles R. 2162-2, R. 2162-4 2º and R. 2162-13 to R. 2162- 14 of the public procurement code.

The contract is made in application of the public order code as part of a grouping of orders coordinated by the community of communes of the Pays Sabolien on behalf of the fourteen members.

The candidate must submit samples in support of his offer under the conditions described in the consultation regulations. All lots contain samples to be provided. The delivery of these samples is mandatory, their absence will make the offer irregular.

Lot nº 3 - personal protective equipment: small items of equipment.

Minimum amount: 0.00 EUR excl.tax / year.

Maximum amount: EUR 15,450.00 excl.tax / year.

Lot nº 4 - single-use personal protective equipment.

Minimum amount: 0.00 EUR excl.tax / year.

Maximum amount: EUR 7,750.00 excl.tax / year.

Lot nº 5 - work clothes for various departments.

Minimum amount: 0.00 EUR excl.tax / year.

Maximum amount: 5,400.00 EUR excl.tax / year.
