1. General

The list of services includes:

Passenger lift, load capacity per 1000 kg, 6 stops, 7 doors, corner arrangement, design according to EN81-20/-50.

The control of the elevator must be set in such a way that the car is always parked in the basement when not in use.

2. Kabinenausstattung

Handicapped accessible equipment, cabin on one front with full glazing.

3. Drive type

Rope elevator with integrated machine room.

4. Intercom

In order to address the elevator car, a microphone station must be offered for connection to the telephone system. The necessary circuit work, commissioning and functional testing must be carried out on one's own responsibility.

5. Aufzugsschacht

Shaft scaffolding with glazing, will be built on site (EG-2. OG)

Closing doors on one side. Door reveals with perimeter frames

Shaft in the KG is built using the concrete construction method

6. Maintenance/inspection/repair/emergency call answering

Based on the AMEV contract model "Elevator Service 2010"

The cost of maintenance/inspection/emergency call reception during the defect claim period. (4 years) must be entered in Appendix 1 of the model contract "List of elevator systems". If the costs are not entered in Appendix 1 of the model contract, the offer is not evaluable and will be excluded (see preliminary remarks VHB 242.H).
