This tender concerns the "SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY", for medium and low voltage users other than domestic and public lighting for the duration of one year starting from the delivery of the service (art.8 paragraph 1 letter a D.L. 76/2020 conv. In Law 120/2020, for the offices and plants of the company Ruzzo Reti S.p.A. with registered and administrative headquarters in Via Nicola Dati, 18 – 64100 Teramo (TE), VAT number and Tax Code no. 01522960671.

The tender concerns the "SUPPLY OF ELECTRICITY", for medium and low voltage users other than domestic and public lighting for the offices and plants of the company Ruzzo Reti S.p.A

The contract will be stipulated with the formula of the framework agreement, pursuant to art. 54 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and will have a duration of one year starting from the date of delivery and, in case of exhaustion of the contractual amount, due to an unforeseeable price increase, it may expire even before that term. If at the end of the contract period the contract amount is not exhausted, it may be extended for a maximum period of another year.
