The supplier must provide web-based IT support for procurement.

The system will support procurements within LOU, LUF, LOV, LUK as well as management of direct procurements and renewed competitive tenders. The procurement system must handle all steps in the procurement process and be structured so that the work follows logical and useful processes based on the chosen procurement procedure. The procurement system will also support electronic signing, ESPD and DIS.
