The municipality of Melsdorf intends to build a new sports hall with a multi-purpose room and two gymnastics rooms. The building is located southeast of the

Sports facilities of the TSV Melsdorf and is accessible via the road "Radebrüche".

The sports hall is to be used for school, club and popular sports.

The room program includes a sports area with the dimensions of 22 m x 45 m x 7 m with the associated adjoining rooms. The Zweifeldsporthalle is equipped with a two-row seating step system

equipped. It offers a total of 98 seats plus additional areas (stand areas) for at least two wheelchair users. Other people can be found standing on the upper floor on the gallery corridor

Place. The sports hall will have a surface-elastic linoleum sports floor.

The main component of the upper floor are the two gymnastics rooms (approx. 63 and 86 m²) and a multi-purpose room (approx. 93 m²). Thanks to two mobile partition walls, these rooms are versatile

available. All three rooms have a clear room height of approx. 4.00 m and are equipped with a point-elastic linoleum sports floor.

Reinforced concrete columns and glulam binders are provided for the supporting structure of the sports hall. The exterior walls of the hall are given a façade made of high-quality aluminium

Plug-in panels. The adjoining room body receives a double-shell masonry with clinker façade. The roof is intended as a bituminous roof with ridge and 4.58% and 9.90% slope.
