The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of art materials and toys.

The procurement includes the delivery of a broad spectrum of art materials and toys suitable for nurseries, schools and wraparound care, children in the age bracket 0-15 years. See the attached requirements specification for further information.

The amounts in 2019 and 2020 were on average approx. NOK 800 000 excluding VAT a year. The stated contract value is based on historical figures. This is a framework agreement and does not carry any purchase obligation for the contracting authority. Changes in organisation, budget and routines can affect the total volumes.
