The scope of supply is one (1) heat pump unit equipped with a turbo compressor, with a heating capacity of a magnitude of 18 MW and cooling capacity of a magnitude of 12 MW.
The scope of supply is one (1) heat pump unit equipped with a turbo compressor designed and dimensioned as follows: Refrigerant R134a. The heat pump unit shall be designed so that:
a) the outlet temperature of sewage water can be minimum + 2,5 ºC when the inlet temperature of sewage water to evaporator varies between + 6…20 ºC,
b) at the same time the heat pump unit must be able to produce district heating water at a maximum temperature of + 88 ºC, when the inlet temperature of district heating water to condenser varies between + 37…65 ºC. The above mentioned temperatures will be specified in the final Request for Tender. Maximum dimensions of the heat pump unit: 14 m x 8 m x 6 m (length x width x height). Condenser: Required minimum heating capacity 18 MW. Tube material carbon steel. Evaporator: Required cooling capacity in the magnitude of 12 MW. Dimensioning and materials suitable for a direct connection to purified sewage circuit, evaporator circuit equipped with a ball cleaning system. Tube material CuNi. Electric motor: Maximum allowable power 6,8 MW. The Supplier must present references of previous deliveries similar to this procurement. The scope of supply must be fully completed with test runs done by summer 2021. The schedule will be defined more closely at the later stage of the bidding competition. Availability of service: The Supplier must be able to have an independent service at the heat pump station no later than within 48 hours after receiving a call from the Client. This is essential from the standpoint of minimizing losses due to the production shutdown. The heat pump unit in the scope of this procurement is one technical entity which cannot be divided into lots.
