The object of the contract is implemented as part of the project: Development and renovation of the water management system in the Biłgoraj commune. Task III - Expansion and renovation of the water treatment plant in Hedwiżyna
1. The scope of delivery includes
a. construction of 2 water tanks with an active capacity of 120 m
b. execution of technological lines (feed and suction);
c. installation of electrical and teletechnical installations of the water tank together with its inclusion in the existing installation at SUW.
The detailed scope of works is defined by construction and execution designs and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works constituting attachments to the ToR.
The construction and executive design covers a wider range of works than the one provided for this order, therefore the basis for the contract is only those project entries that concern the delivery and installation of water tanks.

4.2. The scope of delivery includes:
a. construction of two water tanks with an active capacity of 120 m3 each at the Water Treatment Station (SUW) in Hedwiżyna;
b. execution of technological lines (feed and suction);
c. installation of electrical and teletechnical installations of the water tank together with its inclusion in the existing installation at SUW;
4.3. The detailed scope of works is defined by construction and execution designs and technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of works constituting attachments to the ToR.

If the Purchaser described the subject of the order in the documentation which is an attachment to the SIWZ by indicating the trademarks, patents or origin, source or the entire process that characterizes products or supplies / services provided by a specific Contractor, if it could lead to privilege or elimination of some Contractors or products, unless it is justified by the specificity of the subject of the contract, as well as by standards, European technical assessments and technical reference systems, Contractors are required to offer materials / devices specified in the documentation or equivalent with such parameters, but not worse than indicated .
The guarantee period, which is the criterion, is from 57 months to 60 months.
It is recommended that the Contractors make a vision of the local area in order to get acquainted with and assess the facts, documents and information regarding this proceeding.
The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer those parts of the contract, the execution of which he intends to entrust to subcontractors and the submission of subcontractors by the Contractor. In the event that part of the order is not indicated, the Contractor intends to entrust subcontractors and subcontractors, it is assumed that the subject of the order will be entirely made by the Contractor.
If the change or resignation from the subcontractor concerns the entity on whose resources the Contractor referred, on the terms specified in art. 22a para. 1 of the Public Procurement Law, in order to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for participation in the proceedings, the Contractor is obliged to demonstrate to the Employer that the proposed other subcontractor or Contractor independently fulfills them to the extent not less than the subcontractor, whose resources the contractor invoked during the procurement procedure.
Entrusting the performance of a part of the contract to subcontractors does not exempt the contractor from liability for the proper performance of this contract.
The ordering party does not provide for advance payments towards the remuneration for the performance of the contract.
Employment clause in accordance with the provisions of the ToR:
a) The contracting authority specifies the obligation to hire, on the basis of a contract of employment, all persons performing activities related to the subject of the contract, if the performance of these activities consists in performing work in the manner specified in art. 22 § 1 of the Act of 26.6.1974 - Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 917):
- execution of works covered by the scope of the contract indicated in § 1 of the contract, including manual work and equipment operators, excluding works performed by persons performing independent technical functions in construction within the meaning of the Act of 7.07.1994. Building Law (Journal of Laws from 2018 item 1202) and persons performing independent functions in the field of geodesy and cartography within the meaning of the Act of 17.5.1989 - Geodetic and cartographic law (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 725).
