The western extension to the existing listed gynecological clinic serves to expand the capacity of the department for women's health at the University Clinic Tübingen.

In the sustainable and energetically exemplary new building, care stations as well as a prenatal outpatient clinic and a fertility clinic including an IVF laboratory with the corresponding doctor and examination rooms are to be accommodated on 4 levels (1 basement, ground floor, 2 upper floors).

The use of building materials and constructions made from renewable raw materials (e.g. wood and wood-based materials) and recycled mineral building materials (RC concrete) is - as far as possible - expressly desired.

The static concept must take into account that the construction project is located in an earthquake zone III and that the new draft of the earthquake standard DIN EN 1998-1 / NA: 2020-05 must be observed. The structural planning tasks are to be performed for the new construction and the excavation pit lining as well as for the object planning of civil engineering structures.

The room program covers approx. 3 100 m 2nd NUF.

The building costs (KG 300 + 400 including special costs according to DIN 276-1: 2008-12) amount to approx. EUR 26.2 million, construction price index III / 2019 = 127.7.

- Construction pit sheeting.

The special services are not listed conclusively.
