In the Integrated Development Concept (IEK) "Social Cohesion – along the Hornbach / Breitwiesen", which was drawn up in the course of the preparatory studies, neighbourhood management was proposed as a central measure. As part of the municipal coordination process for the IEK, the district management was started right at the beginning of the implementation period in order to be able to guarantee the optimal support and support of the construction measures by means of citizen participation procedures in the district. The aim is to continue a long-term, continuous neighbourhood management.

For a period of 24 months, a tender will be issued for the continuation of the neighbourhood management on site, which is intended to guarantee the foundation for the work that has been started and for the future.
