The Service implements various social affairs laws on behalf of the municipalities in Northwest Friesland. Within the framework of the Social Support Act 2015, hereinafter referred to as Social Support Act 2015, the Service intends to proceed to the tender for Social Support Act aids under a WAM 2015 framework within the given possibilities of the local legislation. This includes, among other things, ready-to-use, electrically propelled or not, wheelchairs, mobility scooters, tricycles and hoists, hereinafter referred to as 'Wmo Hulpmiddelen'.

The purpose of the tender is to come to a Framework Agreement with 1 provider (preferred partner) with which all Wmo Resources in the context of the Wmo 2015 are delivered and maintained in the most efficient way possible based on rent.

The assignment covers the entire working area of the Service, being the municipalities of Harlingen, Terschelling, Vlieland and Waadhoeke.
