The State Vocational School Centre in 89420 Höchstädt a.d. Donau will be partially demolished, rebuilt and renovated in a total of 4 construction phases. The school centre is divided into two sides of the stream, north and south, of the Pulverbach. This division is also the division into practical and theoretical parts.
The content of the following tender is the construction phase 1A, north of the Pulverbach at the practical part for the construction of the outdoor facilities and paving work in the floor halls.
The pedestrian access for pupils takes place from the school area south of the Pulverbach via the existing pedestrian walkway directly to the future main entrance of the practice building.
Another side access leads via the Werkhof with the option of a green connection - not included in the scope of the project - through the existing arboretum to the student dormitory.
Arranged parallel to Deisenhofer Straße, the building is located via a side entrance for the teachers, visitors, deliverers, etc. parked there. attainable.
For functional, economic and ecological reasons, the workshop is completely paved with composite stone pavement. On the border to the existing arboretum, seven bulk material boxes and further storage boxes made of interlocking concrete bricks (so-called Duplo bricks) will be erected.
A composting place and a washing area for appliances/vehicles are fixed with sealed covering. The washing area is also drained via a petrol separator
The terrain is largely flat, only the access road will be accessible in the developed state via a gradient of about 10%.
There are no existing trees and shrubs on the site itself. In the edge area is the existing arboretum of the school, which must be protected, here 2 trees are felled. The adjacent green areas may not be used. The areas must be protected accordingly.
