The order includes the planning services in accordance with Section 38 ff HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 11 HOAI, outdoor facilities and engineering structures in accordance with Section 41 ff HOAI in conjunction with Appendix 12, each of service phases 1 to 9 for rainwater management as part of the outdoor facility planning for the new Zurich Park building Nuremberg. The inseparable interlocking and overlapping of the performance requires joint planning from a single source.

The subway line U3 in Nuremberg is extended by the "Großreuth" stop towards the southwest. In order to use the impulse from the new bus stop for urban planning purposes, the development plan No. 4614 “Züricher Straße”, which applies to this area, sees the addition of the existing residential development with other buildings for residential and commercial purposes as well as the construction of a central square and a park with 2 public spaces Playgrounds (2 500 m 2nd and 2 070 m 2nd ) in front.

The areas of the planning area that have not yet been overmolded by the construction of the underground station are or have been used for agriculture. As part of the structural planning, a preliminary draft for the design of the square and the park with an integrated drainage concept has already been drawn up. The near-natural retention areas in certain parking areas, with stowage heights of up to 30 cm, must be integrated into the open space planning.

The planning and implementation of the future park is the central subject of this tender. The park is divided into 2 areas, one to be designed more intensively, which also contains the two playgrounds, and one to be designed more extensively. The park is intended to offer the residents of the existing and new residential areas space for experiencing nature and leisure activities and to support the attraction of the new subway station in order to create a new center of the district. Attention is also paid to the connection to other green areas, such as the Henry Dunant site to be developed to the east, in order to create a green connection for pedestrians and cyclists between Kleinreuth, Tiefem Feld and Westpark.
