Preparation of preliminary planning: expected on 09.05.2022 within 5 working days until probably 13.05.2022

Preparation of work schedule: expected on 16.05.2022 within 32 working days until probably 24.06.2022

Release of work planning (by Architket): expected on 27.06.2022 within 11 working days until probably 08.07.2022

Production of built-in furniture: expected on 11.07.2022 within 36 working days until probably 19.08.2022

Installation of built-in furniture level -1 to level 3: expected on 22.08.2022 within 52 working days until probably 21.10.2022

Complete completion of built-in furniture: within 145 working days after the start of planning mentioned above, probably until 21.10.2022

VOB: Security for the fulfillment of the contract is in the amount of 5%. H. the order amount (including sales tax, excluding supplements), provided that the order amount is at least 250,000 euros excluding sales tax.

VOB: The security to be provided for claims for defects is 3% of the settlement sum (including sales tax) including any supplements issued. Time of return for unutilized security for claims for defects (Section 17 (8) no. 2 VOB/B): ./. years

If the specified individual deadlines or the deadline for completion are exceeded, the contractor must pay as a contractual penalty for each working day of the delay: 0.1%.
