The client, Hannover Medical School, is inviting tenders for a framework contract for the supply of office supplies for the 48-month years with the option of two extensions of 12 months each.
The tender includes all items listed in the bill of quantities. The quantities mentioned therein were determined on the basis of the average consumption of the last year and represent a guideline for guidance and not a minimum purchase quantity.
When drawing up the bill of quantities, increased attention was paid to sustainable procurement with regard to recycling, refillability and the use of renewable raw materials. Sustainable procurement can contribute to the efficient use of resources, the improvement of working conditions and the achievement of environmental and climate protection goals.
The main object of the service to be provided is the supply of MHH with a core range of office supplies consisting of almost 370 articles, which are listed in the "Core Range" spreadsheet. For these materials, the price sheet must be quoted at individual prices per piece.
The remaining items in the range are listed as a secondary assortment, which can be ordered at discounted prices. These items are not included in the core range. The discount rate is taken into account as an evaluation criterion. The prices of the applicable general catalogue less the discount offered by the contractor shall be decisive.
The contractor shall ensure that the packaging is made of recyclable material, and that the specification for delivery in precisely fitting packaging must also be complied with. The packaging must not be oversized, so care must be taken to avoid unnecessary packaging materials.
