Building and structural planning of the service phases 5-9 or 5 + 6 of the HOAI.

The tenders are building and structural planning services for the new construction of a parking garage. The implementation planning, the tendering and awarding as well as the construction with final documentation are to be provided. The services should be provided in accordance with phases 5-9 or 5 + 6 of the HOAI and should begin immediately after the order has been placed in January 2021. The project is funded by the Landesnahverkehrsgesellschaft Niedersachsen mbH. The application is made on the basis of an existing draft plan. The building permit documents are currently being prepared.
