Explanation: OCMW Hasselt wishes to conclude an agreement for the transport of the clients to and from the various day care centers for a period of twelve months.

The specifications provide the option to extend the assignment three times afterwards by one year.

Place of service:

1. the clients of the day care centers are located within the territory of

Hasselt;

2. OCMW Hasselt has two day care centers:

a) day care center HOGEVIJF Stadspark - Zeven Septemberlaan 17 in 3500 Hasselt;

b) day care center HOGEVIJF Banneux - Hadewijchlaan 74 in 3500 Hasselt.
