The subject of the contract are successive deliveries of cold cuts and meat to the Police School in Pile.Pe the list of the assortment being the subject of deliveries and the maximum quantity of ordered products are given in the Assortment and Quantity Specification, which is attached as Annex 2A, 2B, 2C to the SWZ. The quantities given are estimates and do not oblige the Ordering Party to purchase products in these quantities.

The quantities given are estimates and do not oblige the Ordering Party to purchase products in these quantities. The Ordering Party reserves the right not to complete the subject of the contract with a value of up to 50% of the total gross remuneration. Due to the failure to complete part of the contract, the Contractor is not entitled to any financial or legal claims. Delivery, unloading and bringing the subject of the contract will be carried out at the expense of the Contractor calculated in the price of products covered by the public procurement contract. Delivery of the subject of the contract will be carried out by the Contractor's means of transport authorized for the carriage of food. The Contractor is obliged to have a current certificate of entry in the register of establishments subject to official control of the competent authorities – in accordance with the Act of 25 August 2006 on Food and Nutrition Safety (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2132) or the current administrative decision on entry in the register of establishments or on approval of the plant issued by the district veterinarian together with the assigned identification number in accordance with Article 21 paragraph 4 of the Act of 16 December 2005 on products of animal origin (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1753, as amended). The contractor must be subject to constant supervision by the competent authority. The offered products must meet the requirements set out in the applicable laws on the production and marketing of food. Each product must be manufactured and placed on the market in accordance with the requirements of the HACCP system. The order will be carried out successively: from the date of signing the contract until 30 April 2023 or until the total gross remuneration resulting from the contract is exhausted earlier. The planned date of commencement of the contract from the date of the first delivery in 2023 no later than February 1, 2023. With reference to Article 455 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act, the Ordering Party reserves the right to extend the deadline for the performance of the contract to 2 months after the date specified in the contract, within the framework of financial resources specified for this purpose and request the conclusion of an annex to the contract in this respect, if the financial resources resulting from the concluded contract are not exhausted within the prescribed period and the Contractor is not yet selected as a result of the next proceedings. Deliveries of goods will take place 5 times a week from Monday to Friday from 6:00 to 8:00 at the expense and risk of the Contractor. In justified cases, the Ordering Party may require the Contractor to make deliveries also on Saturdays from 6:00 to 8:00.
