The Norwegian Food Safety Authority wants to enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of Microsoft licences.

The objective of the Framework agreement is to ensure that throughout the entire agreement period, the contracting authority has access to the purchase of Microsoft software licences and/or services, LSP support services as well as LSP administrative support during renegotiation and/or signing of new Microsoft contracts. A key objective is that LSP should contribute to the client always having the most cost-effective and quality-optimised Microsoft license portfolio. The framework agreement includes support with Microsoft negotiations in autumn 2022, that will lead to signing a new three-year Microsoft contract valid from 01.01.23.
