The subject of the contract is the implementation of the Planning System and the provision of maintenance services and consulting and development support for Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o.

1. The subject of the contract includes:

1.1. designing and implementing the Implementation of the Planning System, meeting the requirements specified by the Ordering Party;

1.2. providing a guarantee for the Planning System;

1.3. provision of Maintenance Services for the Planning System;

1.4. providing Consultative and Developer Support Services of the Planning System;

1.5. providing the Ordering Party with legal and technical possibilities to make Modifications, m.in. in connection with the need to maintain and develop the Planning System.

2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract and the rules for its implementation are specified in the template constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ and in the annexes to the model contract.

3. The Contracting Authority requires that in the execution of the subject of the contract, the Contractor or subcontractor employ persons under the employment contract within the meaning of the provisions of the Act of 26 June 1974 — Labor Code (Journal of Laws of 2020 item 1320 as amended) persons who will perform activities in the field of supervision over the implementation of the Agreement (Coordinator of the Agreement).
