1. The subject of the contract is the successive supply of natural stone aggregates for the maintenance of forest roads and skidding trails in the Józefów Forest District with a continuous grain size of 0/31.5 mm and 0/63 mm (in accordance with the applicable PN-EN 13242 + A1:2010 or equivalent standard). The aggregate delivered must not contain elements harmful to the environment, scrap, garbage, wood, glass, plastic waste, ash, soil residues and other aggregates, materials containing asbestos and hazardous waste. In the event of each finding of delivery of contaminated aggregate, the Ordering Party reserves the right not to accept a given delivery or not to pay for the above-mentioned delivery, if the Contractor refuses to accept the return of the delivered aggregate.

The subject of part 1 of the contract is the successive delivery of natural stone aggregate with a continuous grain size of 0/31.5 mm and 0/63 mm - understood as sale, loading, weighing, transport, unloading and spreading aggregate at the expense of the Contractor to the places indicated by the Ordering Party in order to replenish the losses (ruts, potholes, etc.) created in the surface of forest roads and skidding trails in the Józefów Forest District. Cavities are of different width and depth. The Ordering Party requires that the unloading of aggregate takes place in a controlled manner, consisting in spreading the thickness of the aggregate layer required by the Ordering Party and leveling it with the help of equipment in accordance with the provisions of the draft contract, in a way that allows passage after the aggregate has been dumped. The Ordering Party provides for a basic order and an order in the mode of the right of option – which is specified in the offer form. The Ordering Party will use the order in the mode of the right of option in the case described in the draft contract.

The volume of the basic order shall be:

- fraction 0/31,5 mm about 3 500 tonnes,

- fraction 0/63 mm about 2 600 tons.

The order size under the right of option is:

- fraction 0/31,5 mm to 2 300 tonnes,

- fraction 0/63 mm to 1 700 tons.

The delivery will be carried out successively based on the Customer's demand.

2. Required characteristics of aggregate with continuous grain size fractions of 0-63 mm and 0-31.5 mm (applies to both parts of the contract):

a) Grain - category not lower than: GA85.

(b) Grain tolerance limit — category not lower than: GTA20.

(c) Percentage of grains of crushed and broken area — category not lower than: C90/3.

d) Dust content – category: f9, f12, f15.

e) Flatness index — category not higher than: FI50.

(f) Shape indicator — category not higher than: SI55.

g) Frost resistance — category not higher than: F2.

h) Absorbability - category not higher than: WA242.

i) Contents of foreign pollutants: none.

j) Sand indicator – category: SE4 minimum 35.

The subject of part 2 of the contract is the successive delivery of natural stone aggregate with a continuous grain size of 0/31.5 mm - understood as sale, loading, weighing, transport, unloading of aggregate at the expense of the Contractor to the places indicated by the Ordering Party in the Józefów Forest District. The Ordering Party provides for a basic order and an order in the mode of the right of option – which is specified in the offer form. The Ordering Party will use the order in the mode of the right of option in the case described in the draft contract.

The volume of the basic order is about 500 tons.

The order volume under the right of option is up to 200 tons.

The delivery will be carried out successively based on the Customer's demand.
