The subject of the order is the delivery and installation of metal sliding racks and metal drawer cabinets to the objects Cechownia and Electrical Workshop of the Museum of Coal Mining in Zabrze as part of the project: Revitalization and provision of post-industrial Heritage of Upper Silesia.

The scope of the contract shall include the supply and installation of metal sliding racks and metal drawer cabinets to the extent specified in the assortment and quantitative-quality specification of Annex 1 to SWZ.

A detailed description of the object of the contract and a description of the requirements of the Contracting Authority for implementation and acceptance shall specify:

1. assortment-quantitative-qualitative specification — Annex No 1 to SWZ, including the annexes, including the technical description of the racks;

2. the proposed provisions of the contract (model contract) — Annex 2 to SWZ.
