DELIVERY OF MEAT, SAUSAGES AND ANIMAL FATS TO THE WAR STUDIES ACADEMY

1. The subject of the contract is the supply of meat, sausages and animal fats to the War Studies Academy.

3. The order includes successive delivery of meat, sausages and animal fats according to assortments and in quantities specified in Annex No. 1A. to SWZ – Description of the subject of the contract.

4. The Ordering Party guarantees an order at the level of 50% of the gross contract value.

5. The Contractor shall deliver products bearing only marks, attestations and authorisations allowing these products to be marketed;
