The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior, for sport and integration, represented by the Bavarian State Criminal Police Office, intends with the present award procedure laser printer and toner in 4 lots, each via a framework agreement for the departments of Bayer. To procure police in the territory of the Free State of Bavaria.

Lot 1 of this procurement procedure comprises a framework agreement with a term of 48 months from the award of the contract for the delivery of approx. 1,600 workplace laser printers black and white including original toners and 5 years of service and maintenance. Lot 2 of this procurement procedure comprises a framework agreement with a term of 48 months from the award of the contract for the delivery of approx. 100 workplace color laser printers including original toners as well as 5 years of service and maintenance. Lot 3 comprises a framework agreement for a period of 48 months from the award of the contract for the delivery of approx. 3,000 toner kits for existing Kyocera printers. The requirements for the toner kits can be found in the service description for lots 3 and 4 or the correspondingly named criteria catalog.

Lot 4 comprises a framework agreement for a period of 48 months from the award of the contract for the delivery of approx. 3,000 original toner kits and 300 exposure units for existing Lexmark printers.
