The invitation to tender concerns a framework agreement for construction management, project management and area planning services

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold value. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority. The need is uncertain. Previously the contracting authority has procured such services for approx. NOK 5.0 million excluding VAT per year for the last 3 years. The value can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, among other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors.

The maximum value per group for the entire agreement period, including any options and expected price increase:

Group 1: NOK 6.0 million excluding VAT.

Group 2: NOK 6.0 million excluding VAT.

Group 3: NOK 15.0 million excluding VAT.

Tenders can be submitted for one or more of the groups below. Lots cannot be submitted within individual groups, nor alternative tenders.

Framework agreement

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a contract with up to 3 tenderers in each group, if a sufficient number of qualified tenderers submit tenders.

The contracting authority expects that tenderers are familiar with the contract provisions and makes the necessary internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
