works operation relating to the rehabilitation of the premises of the administrative headquarters of Carsat-Lr, located at 29 Cours Gambetta in Montpellier (34). The purpose of this work is to achieve the objectives imposed by the Tertiary Decree, from the point of view of energy consumption and environmental performance of the premises, as well as to improve the working conditions of the staff. The Carsat-Lr works concern the 3 buildings in R+3 (i.e. 14,022 square meters of floor area) as well as the 2 basement levels, the existing terraces or to be created, the circulations. The work will be carried out in phases. The buildings will be vacated and emptied gradually, so the site will be occupied -Mandatory visit of the premises (see Rc)
