Birmingham City Council wishes to establish a Framework Agreement for the provision of Marketing and Communication Services. Birmingham City Council's Corporate Communications service intends to recruit a number of marketing and communications agencies. The Council is procuring the Framework Agreement for itself and use by other contracting bodies. The Framework Agreement will last for 4 years (unless terminated under the terms and conditions of contract).
