DCH are now seeking to consolidate their existing offices in Truro and Penzance, in a new high quality, office building on the Tolvaddon Energy Park. The scope of the project is to develop a 17 000 ft 2 new build office accommodation with approximately 140 car parking spaces, ancillary buildings and associated areas. The interior design will provide open and flexible working areas, plus a range of meeting rooms and conferencing facilities. DCH and their repairs teams employ a large number of mobile operatives who work remotely across the county, but who will attend the offices for briefings and workshops (on these occasions, there will be significant demand for car parking on site).
