The subject of the contract is a comprehensive supply of electricity, including the sale of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services for the Municipality of Chmielnik and subordinate facilities and infrastructure.
The sale of electricity is to take place under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385), in accordance with the applicable regulations to the above-mentioned Act and the provisions of the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610, as amended).
The list and characteristics of facilities owned by the Municipality of Chmielnik and detailed information on the estimated electricity consumption in these facilities for individual tariff groups in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2024 are included in Appendix No. 6 to the Terms of Reference.

The estimated energy consumption in the Contracting Authority's facilities during the contract implementation period is 654,166 kWh.
The forecasted electricity consumption provided by the Ordering Party in Annex 6 to the SWZ is for informational purposes only, used to compare offers. It does not constitute an obligation for the Ordering Party to purchase electricity in the given quantity. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim for the Ordering Party's failure to consume the expected amount of energy.
All PPE covered by these proceedings are located in the OSD PGE Dystrybucja Oddział Rzeszów.
The supply of electricity and the provision of distribution services by the Contractor will be carried out under the conditions specified in the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997 – Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385) and in accordance with the implementing regulations issued to this Act and the provisions contained in the Act of 23 April 1964 – Civil Code
(i.e. Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1610, as amended).
