1. The subject of the contract is successive deliveries of milk and milk products to the 17th Military Economic Division in Koszalin in 2024 in accordance with the Terms of Reference and the Description of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No. 1 to the Terms of Reference and the Type and Quantity List of the subject matter of the contract – Appendix No. 2 to the Terms of Reference.

2. The Contractor is obliged to have a paid policy of compulsory civil liability insurance covering the civil liability of the entity covered by the obligation to insure for damages caused by a tort and resulting from non-performance or improper performance of the obligation. The sum insured of the entire policy should be equal to or higher than the value of the concluded contract. The Contractor should present the insurance policy with proof of its payment when signing the contract.

3. Persons participating in the execution of the contract (appointed by the Contractor or its subcontractors) should have Polish citizenship. In the absence of Polish citizenship, they should have a one-time permit entitling foreigners to enter the territory of a protected military unit and institution in accordance with Decision No. 107/MON of the Minister of National Defence of 18 August 2021 on the permit and implementation of international cooperation projects in the Ministry of National Defence.
