Profiling of the plasma proteome from 10 000 – 20 000 samples in a high-throughput and comprehensive manner (>2500 known and validated proteins). The estimated cost for the analysis of 10 000 – 20 000 samples shall not exceed the maximum amount of 500 EURO per analyzed sample (excl. VAT).

One supplier will be chosen for the service and FIMM has an option to choose a second supplier to provide complementary profiling technology. The supplier with different plasma proteome-profiling technology and most points after the one selected first will be chosen as the second supplier if the option is used.

All samples may be analysed by one supplier. If a second supplier (option) is selected with a complementary profiling technology, then the amount of samples analysed may be divided between the selected suppliers for any number of the 10 000 - 20 000 samples.

The Institute for Molecular Medicine Finland (FIMM) does not commit to any certain number of analyses to be ordered from the selected suppliers.
