The Free State of Bavaria, represented by the Bavarian State Ministry of the Interior for Sport and Integration, represented by the Bavarian State Office of Criminal Investigation (BLKA), intends to conclude a rental and full service agreement for 57 multifunctional devices over a period of five years and two extension options of six months each.

With the present tender, a rental and full service contract for 57 multifunction devices (with copy, print and scan function) is to be concluded for the Bavarian State Office of Criminal Investigation.

The term of the contract begins on 01.08.2023 with the conclusion of the contract and ends on 31.07.2028. The client can optionally extend the contract twice for six months each. If the client exercises the extension options, the contract ends at the end of 31.07.2029.

The most economical offer is determined using the simple guideline method (Z=L/P).
