this consultation concerns the issuance and supply of restaurant vouchers for the Commune of Vesoul, the Urban Community (CAV) and the Communal Social Action Centre (Ccas) of Vesoul. This open call for tenders is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the Code of Public Orders. acts as a framework agreement with purchase orders without minimum with maximum pursuant to articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 to R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 and R. 2162-14 of the Code of public order. It sets the conditions for the performance of the services and executes as and when the purchase orders are issued. The maximum amount of services for all structures is 700 000 euros excluding VAT per period.
