Open telematic procedure, pursuant to art. 60 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 and subsequent amendments, for the supply, in a single batch, of the active ingredient paclitaxel albumin 100 mg for the Pharmacy UOC, auction base € 499,000.00 I.V.A. 10% excluded. The award will be made in favor of the company that has submitted the offer at the lowest price, after verifying the compliance of the active ingredient with what is required. The supply must include the items listed below: Paclitaxel Albumin 100 mg - 4000 Bottles. Medicines may only be offered and delivered if they have a marketing authorisation (MA), in band A, C, H, SOP/OTC and CNN. The competitor may still submit an offer in the event that, despite being the drug in possession of the MA, the relative determination / measure of MA has not been published in the Official Journal.

In any case, the determination / measure of AIC must have been published in the Official Journal at the time of the communication of the award, under penalty of exclusion from the tender procedure and consequent sliding of the ranking with the retention of the provisional security deposit.

The Supplier shall ensure the conformity of the products, for the entire duration of the supply.

All the packaging of the products in the race (from the logistic packaging to the primary or individual packaging, if deemed necessary, in which case it will be specified) must be provided with a unique barcode ("13-character EAN" format), of appropriate size and sharpness of printing such as to allow a quick decoding with the common optical readers.
