Purchase, delivery and installation of equipment for the building water tower — furniture and built-in equipment of which detailed parameters are indicated in the Order Item Description (OPZ), which is annexed to the Specification of the Terms of Order. The furniture colors indicated in the item description are intended to use the contractor in estimating the price of the offer. The Contracting Authority reserves the right to choose the color of the furniture in the given price group of the sampler available from the selected Contractor. The Contractor shall be obliged to determine the final color with the Ordering Party before proceeding with the execution of the order. The Contractor whose offer is selected will be obliged to make a detailed measurement inherently in the places where furniture is to be installed, to determine and agree with the Ordering Party possible changes in the terms of furnishings and equipment supplied.
