12 month care-taking contract for a GP Surgery in Derby commencing 1.4.2017.

During the care-taking arrangement, it is envisaged that the long term future of the service will be determined through public consultation and, depending on the outcome of the consultation; a possible re-procurement will be undertaken.

The identified provider will have the option to continue to provide services from this premise and should note the premise is not part of the NHS estate.

The practice was inspected by the CQC in December 2015 and was given an overall rating of ‘Requires Improvement’. They also received a rating of Requires Improvement for the following areas: — Safe — Effective —Well-Led.
